Job summary

Dunkin is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to help prepare food and beverages to Dunkin standards, provide guests with friendly service, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

You will follow brand standards, assist with orders, and work with a fast-paced team to meet speed and accuracy goals while upholding guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capable of handling payments at drive-through or front counter (where applicable).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests

• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
