We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Firehouse Subs® Restaurant!!! Part‑time positions are available. A Team Member must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Subs. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people.

Team Member positions are critical to the daily success of the restaurant. Our mission is to serve hearty and flavorful food, and it has to be done right! The Team Member Line position is just that: the front line of our operation. Standards must be exceeded to ensure we execute on our mission.

We are currently looking forfull‑time and part‑time Restaurant Team Membersages 14 to 114 to join our team!

Firehouse is adding around 100 restaurants per year around the nation with over 1,000 restaurants and plenty of room for growth. As franchisees, we own two territories, and are considering expansion. We are consistently ranked one of the top LSR/sandwich chain restaurants in growth in Restaurant Business Magazine, and continual top Service and Atmosphere restaurant in many other polls.

Essential Functions include:

• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent menu and product knowledge
• Accountable for the preparation of the guest's order
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner

• Restaurant experience preferred but not required

Additional Requirements:

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk‑in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
