Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a part-time Team Member to be the face of the brand, delivering friendly service and high-quality sandwiches for customers.

You will greet customers, support teammates, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store environment while adhering to cash handling and safety guidelines. Basic computer skills and mobility in a walk-in cooler may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented role for front-line staff.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Familiar with cash handling and POS systems.
• Awareness of food safety and store cleanliness.

A Team Member must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Subs. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people.

Essential Functions include:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards
• Foster an environment of team work
• Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience

• Must be able to operate food preparation machinery
• Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies

Additional Requirements:

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
