Smoothie King is hiring in Tinley Park, IL for entry-level team members focused on delivering a purpose-driven guest experience. You’ll blend smoothies, prep food, greet guests, and handle registers in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Willing to train; no previous food-service experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle payments.
• Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Blend smoothies to recipes.
• Prep and serve Power Eats food items.
• Greet guests and create a friendly, purpose-first experience.
• Prepare fruits, vegetables, powders, and liquids.
• Operate the register and process payments.
• Open/close the store and complete daily checklists.
• Keep the store clean and stocked.

What You'll Do

• Blend delicious, better-for-you smoothies to recipe
• Prep and serve our Power Eats food — flatbreads, chicken bites, and more from the oven
• Greet and engage every Guest to create a friendly, purpose-first experience
• Prep fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
• Run the register and handle payments accurately
• Perform opening/closing and store checklist tasks
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and ready

What We're Looking For

• At least 16 years old with reliable transportation
