Job summary

Smoothie King is urgently hiring team members to blend smoothies, greet guests, and provide a friendly, on-brand experience. You will prep fruits, follow the Smoothie King Way, and handle opening/closing duties while supporting store cleanliness and safety.

No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential. We offer flexible schedules, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement as part of a team that values health, fitness, and community.

Qualifications

• Able to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a guest-first attitude.
• Energetic and customer-focused, with a positive demeanor.
• Experience in fast-food is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Blend smoothies and prep ingredients following Smoothie King standards.
• Greet guests and ensure a friendly, engaging experience.
• Open and close the shop and complete daily tasks per store checklist.
• Promote products and nutrition offerings to guests without pressure.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Qualifications

• Able to work shifts as early as 6am and on weekends
• Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Food Service experience preferred but not required
• Commission Sales experience helpful
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
