ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking energetic Team Members in Schertz, TX to deliver friendly guest service and assist guests with wash options and memberships.

You will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, helping guests, guiding vehicles, and keeping the area clean and safe while representing our brands professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service and smiling interaction.
• Ability to communicate clearly and help guests understand services and memberships.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Capable of working as part of a team and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to every guest.
• Welcome guests and explain wash services and memberships.
• Recommend products and services based on guest needs.
• Safely direct vehicles through the car wash tunnel.
• Work across pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming car wash environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Be a positive, professional representative of the brands.
• Collaborate with team to keep the location operating smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professionalcustomer service and guest service to every customer.

• Work in different areas of the location throughout the day, including the pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
