ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking energetic, friendly Team Members to join our outdoor, fast-paced environment in Mission, TX. No car wash experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

You will help guests understand our wash services, memberships, and options while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming location. Ideal candidates are dependable, enjoy interacting with people, and can work as part of a team across different areas, including pay

Qualifications

• No car wash experience required; training provided.

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar roles is a plus but not required.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and guest service to every customer.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and help customers understand our wash services and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
• Work in different areas of the location throughout the day, including the pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
