ClearWater Express Wash is seeking energetic Team Members in Schertz, TX, to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our car wash locations. Roles include serving customers, explaining services and memberships, and guiding vehicles through the wash

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, sales, cashier, or similar roles is preferred but not required.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to every guest.
• Welcome guests, explain wash services and membership options.
• Direct vehicles safely through the car wash tunnel.
• Assist in pay station and vacuum areas as needed.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professionalcustomer service and guest service to every customer.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and help customers understand our wash services and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
• Work in different areas of the location throughout the day, including the pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
