Job summary

A local health food franchise is seeking enthusiastic team members to provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving food. Qualifications

• 1 year of food experience preferred.
• Become food certified.

Responsibilities

• Review training material and explain health benefits of ingredients to customers.
• Assist and ring up guests, answering phone calls and taking orders.
• Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the food and recipes. Must be able to follow recipes and make all food in a timely and sanitary manner.
• Prep food according to proper procedures

Responsibilities:

Review the training material and be able to explain the health benefits of the ingredients and the food to customers in an upbeat and informative manner after the training

Have excellent customer service, including being positive and extremely polite, and informative to customers, as well as giving accurate wait times

Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls and take orders over the phone
