Mission Yogurt is seeking a Team Member/Cashier to join Greenleaf Kitchen & Cocktails at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, CA. You will greet customers, take orders, handle cash, and ensure friendly, high-quality service in a fast-paced setting.

This full-time opportunity offers medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, parking or RTD EcoPass, meal program, and growth potential. Availability on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service.
• Assess work-related issues in a professional manner and exercise honest, non-biased judgment.
• Ensure safety and security of both guests and team members.
• Completes food preparation tasks following established procedures.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station including equipment; adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Be an expert on the menu and prepare menu items according to customer orders, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Address customer concerns and elevate to management if necessary.
• Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
• Adhere to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.
