Mission Yogurt is hiring a Team Member to join Einstein Bros. Bagels inside the Denver Airport. The role involves taking orders, making drinks, running the cash register, doing line prep, and assisting with dishes while delivering fast, friendly service in a busy setting.

You will help maintain a welcoming, clean environment, support daily operations, and ensure accurate guest transactions. Prior barista experience is preferred; must be 18+ and able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mission Yogurt is hiring a Team Memberto join our team atEinstein Bros. Bagels located inside the Denver Airport. We are looking for Team Members with open availability who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment!

The Team Member provides excellent customer service while supporting daily operations. This role helps maintain a welcoming, clean environment and supports smooth, accurate guest transactions while delivering efficient food and beverage service through strong teamwork. In this role, you will take orders, run the cash register, work as a barista, do line prep, do dishes, and expedite.

Pay: $18.00/hr. + AMAZING TIPS!

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the safety and security of both guests and team members.
• Craft high-quality beverages while providing friendly, efficient service.
• Accurately handles cash transactions and processes payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift.
• Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.
• Collaborates with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Address customer concerns and escalation to management if necessary.
• Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed, including taking orders, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Clean and sanitize the cashier area regularly, especially during peak times and after customer transactions, and assist with other small tasks as needed.
• Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
• Make drinks, support on the line with prep and production as well as helping wash the dishes.
• Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Must have basic food preparation skills or a willingness to learn.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
