Job summary

Firehouse Subs is hiring a Team Member for a part-time role. You will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service and helping guests choose from a delicious menu. The position emphasizes quick service, accuracy, and a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting a fun, fast-paced kitchen and dining area. Training will cover menu items and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Ability to learn menu items quickly and accurately.
• Willingness to obtain Food Handlers license within 30 days.

Responsibilities
