Job summary

Job description

Big Blue Swim School is seeking teachers who are eager to learn and have a passion for helping children achieve their full potential. We provide training in a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure our teachers can give great lessons for all students.

Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Team Member Requirements:

• Previous swimming experience not required
• Enjoys having fun!
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work in the water for at least 15 hours per week
• Must be willing to work at least one weekend day
