Job summary

Big Blue Swim School in Hoffman Estates is seeking enthusiastic part-time team members to assist in teaching swimming lessons. Responsibilities include creating a fun and engaging environment for students, ensuring safety, and supporting the learning process. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, enjoy working with kids, and be committed to their team's success.

Positions include training, a clear path for growth, and fun team events. Must be able to work in water and available for flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must complete a background check upon offer.
• Ability to work in the water for at least 15 hours per week.
• Previous swimming experience not required.

Responsibilities
