PopUp Bagels is hiring a Team Member (Bagel Bouncer) in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and help prepare and hand off products while maintaining a clean and organized shop.

You’ll work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure friendly service and fresh products delivered with speed. Team members are cross-trained across stations, offering learning opportunities and the chance to contribute to a vibrant, community-focused brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Team members are cross-trained across multiple stations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and supports shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, process transactions at the POS.
• Prepare, package, and hand off bagels and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest areas and service zones.
• Explain menu items, promotions, and specials to guests.
• Ensure orders are accurate and presented per standards.
• Collaborate with teammates for smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and procedures.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties.
• Support multiple stations through cross-training and teamwork.

Position Summary

As a Team Member (Bagel Bouncer), you are anessential part of the guest experience. You'll greet customers, take orders,prepare and hand off products, and help maintain a clean, organized, andefficient shop environment. This role works closely with both front-of-houseand kitchen teams to ensure every guest receives friendly service and freshproducts with speed and accuracy.

At PopUp Bagels, team members are cross-trained acrossmultiple stations, providing opportunities to learn different aspects of thebusiness while supporting overall shop operations.

What You'll Do

• Deliverexceptional hospitality by welcoming and engaging with guests
• Accuratelytake customer orders and process transactions through the POS system
• Prepare,package, and hand off bagels, spreads, beverages, and other menu items
• Maintaincleanliness and organization throughout guest-facing and service areas
• Communicatemenu offerings, ingredients, and promotions to guests
• Ensureorders are accurate and presented according to company standards
• Collaboratewith teammates to maintain smooth and efficient operations
• Followall food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures
• Assistwith stocking, cleaning, opening, and closing responsibilities
• Supportmultiple stations through cross-training and teamwork

Physical Requirements

• Abilityto stand and move for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Abilityto regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50pounds
• Abilityto bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout theworkday
• Abilityto work in a fast-paced food service environment
