We are Team PRIDE! We pride ourselves in having a franchise of 22 stores spread across Pennsylvania. We are looking to grow our teams and our store count. Our owner started as a delivery driver in 1998 and is now the owner/leader of 22 locations. We offer a multitude of positions within our organization ranging from CSR, Pizza Maker, Shift Manager, General Manager to Operations Manager. We provide a fun, fast‑paced, energetic, and flexible work environment for those who want to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Pay & Benefits

• Drivers: $8–$10 per hour, take‑home cash and credit‑card tips daily (average $15–$25 per hour)
• Customer Service Reps: $12 per hour
• Pizza Makers: $13 per hour
• Opening/Closing Shift Managers: $14 per hour
• Opening/Closing Managers: $15 per hour (open availability mandatory)
• Assistant Manager: $16 per hour (open availability mandatory)
• General Manager in Training: $17 per hour (open availability mandatory)
