Job summary

Dash In in Maryland is hiring Team Members for the evening shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) to join our sizzle-filled kitchen and guest-service team. Learn to prepare delicious food safely, upsell upgrades, and keep the kitchen clean and organized.

You’ll bring at least 1 year of customer service and, ideally, 1 year of kitchen or line cook experience. Must be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, and ready to join a Great Place to Work-certified team.

Qualifications

• 1 year kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Supervisory experience is a bonus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma/GED preferred or enrolled in GED program.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen if offered a position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food safely and to quality standards.
• Engage with guests at the service area and suggest meal upgrades.
• Operate kitchen equipment professionally and keep area clean.
• Maintain stock levels and restock as needed.
• Use proper lifting techniques for items like beverages and ice.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Kitchen Know-How: A year of kitchen or line cook experience would be great.
• Customer Service Spark: You must have at least 1 year prior customer service experience – making our guests smile is our top priority!
• Leadership Lift: Supervisory experience is a bonus – we love team leaders.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
