Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our Illinois Mattoon location. You will prepare food and beverages to Dunkin’ standards, assist guests at the drive-thru or front counter, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced team and support promotions and menu knowledge.

Ideal candidates are 18+, may have a HS diploma or GED, and demonstrate reliability, friendliness, and a guest-first attitude in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
