Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support Dunkin’ brand standards and deliver great guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare food and beverages, assemble orders, and maintain a clean workstation while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 18 years old with HS Diploma or GED preferred. Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn and adapt as promotions and busy periods occur.

• Stock items such as cups and lids at the workstation
• Take orders at Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Overview

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities Include

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Education/Experience

• You must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED preferred
