Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is looking for an Associate to be on the move across the lot, tunnel, and vacuum station. You’ll guide guests through the wash experience, keep operations running smoothly, and contribute to a positive day for customers.

No prior experience is required, and a 60-day certification program will set you up from day one. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, stay physically active, and help maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering excellent service and supporting

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and support sales/membership growth.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently at the Wash Station.
• Assist with vehicle prep and identify preexisting conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe wash area and follow safety procedures.
• Engage with customers at Convenience Station and manage member accounts (CX).
• Stock and organize detail centers; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform general site upkeep, including trash removal and opening/closing duties.

If you're someone who needs to be on the move to feel alive, this is your kind of place.Key Responsibilities:Welcome Station and Sales PerformanceProvide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.Wash Station ServiceFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.Convenience StationEngage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX).Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.General DutiesMaintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards at all times.Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.Clean and maintain the tunnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency.Prepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.#LI-DNIWhat We’re Looking ForWe don't hire for what you know.
