Whistle Express Car Wash in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring an Associate to guide guests through the wash, keep the site running smoothly, and deliver fast, friendly service. This hands-on role operates on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station.

No experience is required; a 60-day certification program will train you. You’ll learn safety procedures, member sign-ups, and how to keep the facilities clean while delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: Provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures and keep wash area clean and organized; operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: Engage customers professionally and manage member accounts (cancellations, plan changes).
• Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy; empty trash and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters; general site upkeep including trash pickup and weed removal.
• General duties include opening/closing procedures, tunnel upkeep, and preparing towels and materials.
