Job summary

Wendy’s is hiring crew members to join our fast-paced, friendly team in Marana, AZ. You’ll be trained across multiple restaurant roles, enabling variety in daily tasks and growth opportunities. We value honesty, respect, and a can-do attitude, with flexible hours for evenings and weekends.

As a crew member, you’ll contribute to delivering high-quality food in a clean environment, while building your skills through clear training and team support. All ages 16+ are welcome to apply.

As a crew member you must be willing and able to:

Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome, YOU are the first person our customers see!

• To be cross‑trained in minimum of at least three service positions.
• Multi‑task and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• All positions require standing for long periods of time.
• Work well in a team environment to get things done together.
• Some positions require the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• A positive demeanor, dependability and willingness to learn are important characteristics for our crew members.
• Candidates must be 16 years or older to apply.
