Job summary

Wendy’s crew member position offers flexible hours across evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You’ll be trained on multiple service stations, providing variety in daily tasks while delivering high‑quality food and service. We value honesty, respect, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and benefits as part of our Wendy’s family.

Candidates 16+ welcome; you’ll greet guests with a smile, work well in a team, and be cross-trained in at least three positions.

• To be cross‑trained in minimum of at least three service positions.
• Multi‑task and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• All positions require standing for long periods of time.
• Work well in a team environment to get things done together.
• Some positions require the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• A positive demeanor, dependability and willingness to learn are important characteristics for our crew members.
