Wendy's in Alamosa, CO is looking for crew members to join our fast-paced, friendly team. You will be trained in various positions and have the opportunity for growth while delivering high-quality food in a clean, welcoming environment.

Our crew members are first to greet guests with a smile, work across multiple service roles, and support a teamwork-driven store culture. This role offers flexible scheduling and development opportunities in a casual setting.

Responsibilities

• To be cross‑trained in minimum of at least three service positions.
• Multi‑task and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• All positions require standing for long periods of time.
• Work well in a team environment to get things done together.
• Some positions require the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• A positive demeanor, dependability and willingness to learn are important characteristics for our crew members.
• Candidates must be 16 years or older to apply.
