Job summary

Crisp & Green in Maple Grove is seeking enthusiastic leaders to join their service team. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience while adhering to food safety and cleanliness standards.

Position Overview

CRISP & GREEN® is where individuals go to experience healthy and delicious food. To ensure that guests receive the best service and food each and every time, we need enthusiastic, positive and motivated leaders. This is where our Service team comes in. You are the face of our brand and the glue that keeps our team whole.

As part of the service team, you are the face of our brand and embody what it means to Live Crisp. In this role you will be responsible for engaging with our guests to ensure that all of the in-store processes are running seamlessly. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is an integral part to our continued success.

Responsibilities

• Work with your fellow #CRISPteam to deliver an exceptional experience for not only our guests, but the community
• Understand that food safety and restaurant cleanliness are imperative to daily operations
• Embody what is means to be a C.R.I.S.P. employee (Customer First, Responsible, Inspirational, Self-Starter, and Passionate)
• Ability to clearly communicate with your managers, fellow #CRISPteam, and customers
• Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, and ability to describe flavor profile
• Become a master at creating signature salads, grain-bowls, and smoothies while maintaining C&G quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
• Practice FIFO Job
