CRISP & GREEN is seeking a talented Service team member in Rogers, MN to be the face of our brand and ensure smooth in-store operations. You will engage with guests to deliver a warm, healthy dining experience, while upholding our quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods.

CRISP & GREEN™ is seeking a talented Service team member to add to our team! CRISP & GREEN® is where individuals go to experience healthy and delicious food. To ensure that guests receive the best service and food each and every time, we need enthusiastic, positive and motivated leaders. This is where our Service team comes in. You are the face of our brand and the glue that keeps our team whole.

Position Overview:

As part of the service team, you are the face of our brand and embody what it means to Live Crisp. In this role you will be responsible for engaging with our guests to ensure that all of the in-store processes are running seamlessly. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is an integral part to our continued success.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work with your fellow #CRISPteam to deliver an exceptional experience for not only our guests, but the community
• Understand that food safety and restaurant cleanliness are imperative to daily operations
• Embody what is means to be a C.R.I.S.P. employee (Customer First, Responsible, Inspirational, Self-Starter, and Passionate)
• Ability to clearly communicate with your managers, fellow #CRISPteam, and customers
• Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, and ability to describe flavor profile
• Become a master at creating signature salads, grain-bowls, and smoothies while maintaining C&G quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
• Practice FIFO Job
