Job summary

Smoothie King in Texas is looking for Team Members to join a dynamic, health-focused team. As a team member, you will prepare handcrafted smoothies and food, greet guests, and help them achieve their health goals with friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted smoothies, bowls, and food quickly and accurately.
• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Educate guests on smoothies, nutritional enhancements, vitamins, and supplements.
• Recommend products based on guest needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies, food safety standards, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted smoothies, bowls, and food quickly and accurately following Smoothie King standards.
• Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Educate guests on smoothies, nutritional enhancements, vitamins, and supplements to help them meet their health and fitness goals.
• Recommend products that enhance the guest experience through genuine, needs-based suggestions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Work as part of a team to create a fun, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
• Retail sales or commission sales experience is a plus.
• Interest or experience in nutrition, fitness, or supplements is a bonus.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Frequently lift, reach, bend, and carry items up to 55 pounds.
• Operate blenders, kitchen equipment, and POS systems safely.
• Work in refrigerated and freezer areas as needed.
• Tolerate exposure to common food allergens.
