• Educate guests on smoothies, nutritional enhancements, vitamins, and supplements to help meet health goals.
• Recommend products that enhance the guest experience through needs-based suggestions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to create a fun, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.

• Work as part of a team to create a fun, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
• Retail sales or commission sales experience is a plus.
• Interest or experience in nutrition, fitness, or supplements is a bonus.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Frequently lift, reach, bend, and carry items up to 55 pounds.
• Operate blenders, kitchen equipment, and POS systems safely.
• Work in refrigerated and freezer areas as needed.
• Tolerate exposure to common food allergens.
