Job summary

Charley’s in Bowie Town Center and Freestate Shopping Center, Bowie, MD, is seeking team members to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will join a busy, team-oriented atmosphere and handle duties across cashier, prep, grill and toppings to ensure top-quality, freshly prepared menu items.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, maintain outstanding service standards.
• Perform duties in Basic Stations (cashier, prep, grill, topping) as needed and ensure quality and presentation.

• Ring on registers and manage cash/media accurately.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Log media into tally program and keep register area orderly.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Performs all duties in the Basic Stations (cashier, prep, grill, topping, etc) as needed and depending on store volume, during a shift to ensure that preparation, temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste and service of all menu items meet operational standards.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Enter all media from register into the tally program.
• Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
