Job summary

Cinnabon & Auntie Anne’s is hiring enthusiastic Team Members to join our bakery/pretzel team in California. You’ll welcome guests, help bake and serve iconic treats, operate registers, and keep the store clean and organized while delivering great guest experiences.

We offer flexible scheduling (20–40 hours per week), paid training, free on‑duty meals and employee discounts, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• Food handler certification desired or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and staying active throughout shifts.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins).
• Basic math skills and familiarity with register systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
