• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.
• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.
• Wash Station Service: Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.
• Wash Station Service: Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Wash Station Service: Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
• Convenience Station: Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX).
• Convenience Station: Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Convenience Station: Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.
• Convenience Station: Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.
