Job summary

Whistle Express is looking for cheerful, hands-on Associates to guide guests through the wash experience and keep the site running smoothly. This role involves working at the welcome, wash, and convenience stations, with a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and member account management.

You’ll participate in a 60-day structured certification program, learn to operate wash equipment safely, and become part of a tight-knit team that drives daily results in all weather conditions.

• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and efficiently; keep wash area clean and organized.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers and manage member accounts (CX); encourage Google reviews.
• General duties: open/close procedures, site upkeep, trash pickup, and safe environment.
