Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to join our fast-paced, hands-on team. You will guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly in the tunnel and at the vacuum station, and be the reason someone's day gets a little better.

No experience is required; a 60-day structured certification program gets you started. You will stay active outdoors in all weather, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support member sign-ups and overall customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and drive sales and membership growth.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes and account management.
• Follow policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and keep area clean.
• Assist with vehicle prep and identify preexisting conditions.
• Communicate with team and management about operational issues.
• Engage customers at Convenience Station and encourage Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts including cancellations and plan changes.
• Stock and organize detail centers; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash, maintain clean work areas; vacuum station upkeep.
• General site upkeep; opening/closing duties; tunnel cleanliness.
• Prepare towels and materials to support daily operations.

If you're someone who needs to be on the move to feel alive, this is your kind of place.Key Responsibilities:Welcome Station and Sales PerformanceProvide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.Wash Station ServiceFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.Convenience StationEngage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX).Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.General DutiesMaintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards at all times.Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.Clean and maintain the tunnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency.Prepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.#LI-DNIWhat We’re Looking ForWe don't hire for what you know.
