• Greets each customer they encounter with a smile and a word of welcome or departure
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for customers
• Serves customers according to all company procedures and standards

Attendance

Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

• Part-time employees (30 hours a week or less) – Wage rate: $15.49 to $18.00; NJ Sick Leave – accrues 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per benefit year; Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals.
• Full-time employees (32 hours a week or more) – Wage rate: $15.49 to $19.00; NJ Sick Leave – accrues 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per benefit year; Eligible for medical, dental and health insurance; Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals.
