Job summary

Juice It Up! is seeking a daytime team member to guide guests through the customer journey from entry to purchase. You will prepare smoothies, juices, bowls and food to JIU! standards and maintain a sparkling store environment.

You will greet guests, offer samples, share product knowledge, and handle POS transactions while keeping shelves stocked and the store clean. Weekend availability is preferred in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through Juice It Up! experience before, during, and after purchase
• Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls and food following JIU! standards
• Clean and maintain equipment, POS, and store areas including restrooms and floors
• Ensure supplies are stocked (cups, napkins, merchandise, snacks) and maintain health and safety standards
• Greet guests, offer samples, share product knowledge
• Master POS and cash handling; take orders, enter coupons, balance cash drawer

*Seeking a daytime employee between the hours of :10:00am-4:00pm, 3-5 days/week. Weekend availability preferred.*

Job Purpose:

To guide each guest through the Juice It Up! guest experience, before, during, and after the purchase.

Outcomes And Responsibilities

• Serve only quality products in a sparkling store!
  • Follow JIU! standards when handling and preparing all smoothies, juices, bowls and food.
  • Follow JIU! standards when cleaning and maintaining equipment, POS, windows, floors, shelving, counters, tables, chairs, outside areas, restrooms, and any part of the JIU! store.
  • Ensure cups, spoons, napkins, merchandise, and snacks are stocked and available to guests at all times.
  • Follow health and safety standards to assists others in doing the same.
• Say Hi & Offer Samples and Product Knowledge
  • Welcome every guest with a sincere “Hello, welcome to Juice It Up!” and offer them samples. Answer any questions and offer product knowledge.
• POS and Cash Handling
  • Master POS and order taking process to ensure correct product, always ask for guest name and deliver drink with guest name and drink name.
  • Be able to count change and have be skilled at accepting cash, credit cards and gift cards for payment.
  • Able to enter coupons and loyalty cards.
  • Qualified to count and balance cash drawer with accuracy.

Work environment

Semi confined space, generally cold in temperature and noisy. Extremely team oriented. Individuals work with one to three other employees.
