Job summary

Jamba Juice in Union City, CA is seeking a Team Member to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will work the register, prepare smoothies, and keep the store clean while greeting guests with a smile.

This role offers flexible scheduling, tips from guests, employee discounts on smoothies, and paid sick leave. Requirements include being at least 16, basic computer and register skills, ability to lift 30-40 lbs, and completion of a food handler course.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.
• Non slip shoes required.
• Must be able to complete and pass a food handler course (paid for by the company).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a smile and eye contact.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer in-store experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of blenders, small wares, merchandise and store areas.

Job description

Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and quality products. A Team Member functions primarily as the main connection between Jamba Juice and our customers. They work the register, make smoothies, clean and send guests off with a smile in our fun, fast paced environment.

Position earns TIPS from guests for a job well done.
