Dunkin' in Minnesota is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to prepare food and beverages and deliver great guest service. You will follow Dunkin’ standards, maintain cleanliness, and assist with drive-thru and counter orders in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a focus on guest satisfaction while working with teammates to meet service goals.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Position Title: Restaurant Team MemberReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Responsibilities Include:Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systemsFollow food safety standardsPrepare food and beveragesAssemble and package ordersUnderstand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questionsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment, service areas, and guest areasStock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstationTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guestsServe and communicate with guestsMaintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurantCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areasEducation/Experience:You must be at least 18 years oldHS Diploma or GED preferredKey Competencies:Works well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focusedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reachingLifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)Working in a small spaceEach franchise organization is an independent employer and thus responsible for making its own recruiting, hiring, and employment-related decisions.
