Job summary

Pizza Hut is hiring a Team Member to support daily restaurant operations. You will deliver friendly service, assist with food preparation and dishwashing, and help keep the dining area clean and inviting.

You will follow brand standards, participate in training, handle phone inquiries, and uphold safety and cash-control policies while providing excellent guest experiences every day. This role offers on-site hours and opportunities to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Position Specific Training Processes Listed on Shoulder 2 Shoulder Training
• Always Puts Customer Needs First
• Promote Positive Restaurant Culture (Live Life Unboxed!)
• Delivers on Pizza Hut Service Principals(Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile)
• Deliver High Customer Satisfaction Results
• Follow All Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes(Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, CORE)
• Completes Cleaning Duties and Sidework Daily
• Provides Excellent Customer Service on Telephone Calls
• Cleans and Washes Dishes
• Assist with Food Preparation and Ready 4 Customer Practices
• Adheres to Employee Handbook and Policies (Cash Controls, Anti-Harassment, etc.)
• Maintains Professional Image and Highly Ethical Conduct as Representative of Tasty Hut, LLC
• Exhibits Tasty Hut, LLC Core Values and Work Daily to Fulfill Mission and Vision
