Job summary

Baskin-Robbins in Colleyville, TX, is hiring a team member to serve guests with a smile and help create sweet moments daily.

You will scoop, prepare, and assemble cone, shake, sundae, and novelty orders. Training is provided; no experience required. Local franchisee Gabe Resources, LLC supports growth and a fun, team-first workplace.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Punctual and reliable behavior is essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow; able to obtain Texas Food Handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and deliver fast, accurate service with a smile.
• Scoop, prepare, and assemble orders—from cones to shakes and sundaes.
• Know our menu inside and out, including seasonal flavors and limited-time offers.
• Follow food safety and brand standards with consistency and care.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and managers to keep things running smoothly.
• Restock supplies and help maintain an organized back-of-house.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Love making people smile? At our locally owned Baskin-Robbins in Colleyville, you’ll be the face of America’s favorite ice cream brand — serving up scoops, shakes, and sweet moments every single day. Whether it’s a birthday celebration or a Tuesday afternoon treat, you’ll help our guests find exactly what they’re craving.

We’re looking for someone with a genuine positive attitude who takes pride in doing things right — fast, friendly, and with a little extra care for every guest who walks through our doors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
