Job summary

Moe's Cedar Rapids is hiring Team Members to support front of house, back of house, guest service, and prep roles. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate preparation and packaging of items. Team members work collaboratively to maintain quality, serve with a smile, and keep dining areas clean.

Positions are hourly and part-time; candidates must meet age requirements, and some roles may require a high school diploma or equivalent. Training and multiple duties may be involved.

Responsibilities

Each position has different duties and responsibilities:**Job Responsibilities:*** Responsible for the preparation of certain food items* Responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner.* This position requires knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and packaging as well as familiarity with the step-by-step procedure for making various food and beverage products. Some positions require the preparation of food and beverage items and the team member is responsible for maintaining quality standards of the products prepared.* Responsible for friendly and efficient customer service. In addition, Team Members working cash handling positions will be responsible for accurate cash control.* Responsible for delivering food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy of orders.* Responsible for cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests.
