Job summary

Yogurtland in Burbank, CA is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly guest service while handling duties across the front of house. You will contribute to a clean, safe dining environment and help guests enjoy their visit.

You will assist with food and beverage service, handle cash, and use iPads and POS systems. The role requires standing all day, lifting up to 30 pounds, and participating in Yogurtland U training to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by delivering food and beverages, performing table touches, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Cash Handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for funds.
• Ensure food quality standards are met.
• Ensure cleanliness, health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, restrooms, and back restaurant areas.
• Utilizing technology (iPads, Tablets, POS, etc.) to perform required job duties.
• Assist in completing required checklists and forms.
• Assist in training, coaching and development of newly hired Team members.
• Requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
• Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Other job-related activities as requested

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS and TRAINING:

• Food Handler's Card
• Workplace Violence Prevention Training
• Harassment Training

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Service experience, preferred
• Must have flexible availability to accommodate a variable work schedule that can include evenings and weekends
