Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Minnesota is hiring a Team Member to deliver guest service, craft beverages, and support daily operations in a fast-paced store.

You will work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and possibly holidays. 16+ required; restaurant/retail or guest service experience preferred. Come join a team that values hospitality and ownership and helps create memorable guest experiences.

• Takes guest orders and manages cash drawer while following cash handling policies.
• Maintains the look and feel of a well‑run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards.

The Team Member is the core of the Caribou experience. They create day‑making experiences by delivering unparalleled guest service, making world‑class hand‑crafted beverages, and bringing the purpose and values of Caribou to life in every interaction.

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Preferred:

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These requirements must be met with or without reasonable accommodations.

Compensation

$11.23 - $18.71 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. The range reflects what the employer reasonably expects to pay for such a position.
