Crown Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking dependable Team Members to join our manufacturing team. Job Summary

We are looking for dependable, motivated Team Members to join our manufacturing team! In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside a supportive team to assemble quality products, meet production goals, and help keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Perform assembly and other production tasks according to work instructions and established procedures.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, or near misses.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
• Follow control plans and work instructions to maintain consistent product quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and share ideas that can help improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment problems or malfunctions to the Team Leader.
• Properly store tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Accurately record production information and complete required daily documentation.
• Identify and properly handle non-conforming parts according to established procedures.
• Follow all procedures for handling special or hazardous materials when applicable.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a strong team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Team Leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable and willing to learn new skills and processes.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally perform work below the knees and above the shoulders.
• Must successfully pass a 10-panel drug screening, including THC, as a condition of employment.
