Job summary

Alabama Outdoors in Birmingham, AL seeks passionate retail teammates to create an incredible guest experience in an active lifestyle apparel setting. You will engage guests with enthusiasm, share product knowledge, and provide next-level hospitality.

Daily duties include folding, steaming, merchandizing, assisting at the register, supporting in-store e-commerce, and becoming the brand expert for customers. A flexible schedule and team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50-pound boxes or racks.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Confident interaction with guests as they browse the store.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Comfort with Point-of-Sale systems and handling guest transactions.
• Carry out e-commerce processing and order fulfillment as part of daily operations.
