Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas.

• Assist in food prep such as chopping ingredients, making sandwiches, and brewing coffee.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and health regulations.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including the dining area and kitchen.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverage items, including chopping ingredients, making sandwiches, and brewing coffee.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to pass Federal Background
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
