Job summary

Rozgoo is seeking a hands-on retail manager to lead store floor operations, maximise sales, and ensure everything is safe and compliant. You'll balance customer service with team leadership, acting as a role model and guiding colleagues to deliver great shopping experiences.

You will grow your own team by spotting talent, giving feedback, and supporting development. This role places people at the heart of every decision, with flexibility, strong presentation, and a focus on community engagement.
