Qualifications

• 2+ years of college or equivalent, or 1 year retail with 6 months supervisory experience.
• 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• 1 year Sam's Club experience; or 3 years military experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver excellent member service across stores and departments.
• Model Sam's Club values and drive a culture of accountability and community focus.
• Encourage curiosity and change, and leverage digital tools for improvements.
• Deliberately focus on customers/members and align plans with data and insights.
• Build strong relationships with teammates and business partners and coach talent across the team.
