Job summary

Panera LLC in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Team Manager to ensure guest delight through superior food, service, and staff. You will lead shifts, coach and develop crew, and help drive sales, accuracy, and rapid service in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

This role requires flexibility, a ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain), and a commitment to Panera's values. Expect to interview and select candidates, train on food safety standards, and contribute to a culture of warmth,

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests.
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience – and celebrate their achievements along the way.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained.
