Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guests are delighted by food, service and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that drive loyalty.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching and motivation to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Help build Panera Bread's culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
