Panera LLC in Novi, MI is seeking a Team Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and coach a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee shifts, manage staff performance, and ensure food safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of restaurant management experience and ServSafe certification (or the ability to obtain it). Flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected, with a background check as part of the offer

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
